How Long Does It Take To Make My Wreath?
Usually we can ship your item in a matter of a few days. It really depends on whether
we have to order additional materials or not.
In stock items will ship out in 24 to 48 hours after we receive payment.

Who do you use for shipping?
Depending on weight and size of the item we will use either UPS or US Mail.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

How Much Is The Shipping Charge?
The shipping charge is calculated upon checkout. Due to the size of the box
and how UPS and USPS charge we still try to get the very best rates for you.

Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from Fayetteville, NC.

Why don't you ship outside the USA?
Due to Customs, the associated delays, the size of our wreaths and the box
necessary to ship it in it is not practical to ship outside the USA.

Where do you get your materials from?
We try to buy as much American made material as possible however, American companies
are buying from other countries and have been for many years. We do seek out as much American
made as possible and we do buy from our Canadian neighbor and other friendly countries. 

How heavy are these wreaths?
Our wreaths range in weight from 1lb to as much as 5lbs.

Are your wreaths weatherproof and safe from fading due to the sun?
The various materials we use have some fade resistance and for the most part weatherproof however, in extreme weather conditions there could be damage caused by the sun, extreme heat or constant exposure to rain. We do spray sealer that has UV and weatherproofing qualities but even that is no guarantee against extreme weather. 

What is your policy to return an item?
We have a 30 day return policy starting once you receive your item.
You must contact us by email ( return@missrebaswreathsandmore.com )with the reason why and  to receive the RMA and return label,  we will then get back to you.
Please save the box it was shipped in so it will be easier for you to return your item.
